Produced and Directed by George Raymond Smith

My Role: Camera Operator

A short documentary advertising the hard work of the volunteers for the animal charity Animal Lifeline at the Serendipity Kennels in Stoke-on-Trent.

Shot in March, in the bone freezing snow, we managed to only be on location for a number of about 4 hours with both me and Amy Styran on cameras filming both the dogs, the location and the volunteers. Unfortunately on the day we had some issues getting interviews so some of the crew had to head back another day for some willing volunteers to be interviewed.

The poor director/editor had some issues in post-production with a hard drive mis-function but still managed to do extremely well to save his work and use what he had.
